**Shipping Policy**

At Femmelily, we're dedicated to delivering your beauty essentials as quickly as possible, but we’re currently experiencing high demand. Our U.S. warehouses are temporarily out of stock, which may result in longer delivery times than usual (7-12 days). If you need to modify your order, please notify us before it is shipped, as we are unable to make changes once fulfillment begins.

**Holiday Orders:**
Planning for Christmas? Orders placed after December 5th may not arrive in time for the holiday.

**Shipping Details:**

- **U.S. Orders**: Delivered via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS with an estimated delivery of 3-12 business days. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99.

- **UK Orders**: Delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes, with an estimated delivery time of 3-15 business days.

- **International Orders (non-UK)**: Shipped via Passport, with an estimated delivery time of 8-15 business days.

All Femmelily orders come with tracking information, which will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.

**Holiday Shipping Deadlines:**
The last day to place orders for holiday delivery is December 13th by 12:00 pm (CST).

**Estimated Delivery Times by Location:**

- **United States**: 2-8 business days
- **Europe**: 6-12 business days
- **Australia**: 8-12 business days
- **New Zealand**: 5-10 business days

During peak holiday periods (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year’s), processing times may extend to 6-12 business days due to high volume.

**Order Processing:**

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Orders are shipped once all items are confirmed in stock, payments are approved, and shipping addresses are verified. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier.

**Shipping to a Different Address:**

During checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a different delivery address from your billing address within the same country. We may contact you for additional details if your delivery address differs.

**Out of Stock Items:**

If an item is out of stock, it may be shipped directly from one of our overseas warehouses. If more than 28 days have passed without receiving your order, please contact us at femmelily.edp@gmail.com to check its status.

**Delivery Issues:**

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, the carrier may:

1. Leave the package at your doorstep, porch, or mailbox.
2. Leave a contact card with information about re-delivery attempts.
3. Return the package to the depot if unsuccessful. You will need to contact the carrier to arrange collection. If unclaimed, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

**Shipping Insurance:**

We offer 1-Click Protect Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect your order against the following issues:

- Damaged in transit
- Lost in transit
- Stolen
- Delivered but not received
- Wrong item

To file a claim, email femmelily.edp@gmail.com with the subject "Claim + Order Number." If you did not purchase shipping protection and encounter an issue, we will issue a store credit (minus shipping costs) or send a replacement, though additional shipping charges may apply.

**First In Line (if applicable):**

With our First In Line service, your order will receive priority processing. You can select this option at checkout for faster fulfillment. Please note that this service is non-refundable, as it’s a direct payment to our logistics team.
